Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or left unclaimed, the order will not be refunded. Reshipping fees may apply.

We offer free U.S. shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. While many orders are delivered sonner, shipping times may vary depending on current demand, order volume, and your shipping destination.

Pre-Orders: Please allow up to 4 weeks for pre-order units to arrive. Production and fulfillment times may vary based on demand, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
